Job description

MS 365 CE/CRM Consultant Senior

We are looking for several CRM Consultants for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a permanent position for a medium-sized IT company with around 300 employees and more than 1000 completed projects, to expand the project and team.

We are specifically looking for a Senior MS 365 Consultant (m/w/d) at the following locations (Nuremberg, Gtersloh, Stuttgart, Villingen-Schwenningen, Neckarsulm).

Requirements and Skills:

  • Completed vocational training in computer science or a successful university degree in mathematics, computer science, business information management, natural sciences, or similar
  • First consulting experience, ideally in the field of student consulting and/or first project experience in customer-specific software development with agile methods
  • Practical work experience (at least 2 years) in the administration and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • You enjoy teamwork and have very good German language skills in writing and speaking, we require level C2. You also have good English language skills.
  • You have a good understanding of customer-centric processes

Tasks:

  • You conceptualize technical solutions for CRM processes and implement them in close cooperation with the team (consultants and developers)
  • You take care of both the consulting and the process optimization in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
  • You analyze customer needs, develop solution proposals, and actively participate in the realization
  • Implementation and training are also part of your responsibilities
  • You support sales in the presales phase
  • If necessary, you take over project/sub-project management tasks
