Job description

CRM Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of the CRM strategy for the New Jersey market, driving customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance through data-driven, personalized campaigns.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the CRM roadmap for a key region, working across the full customer journey while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, data-driven, and compliant player experiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and refine CRM strategies customized for New Jersey, utilizing a spectrum of communication channels such as email, SMS, push, and onsite.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle from first interaction through to retention, reactivation, and churn reduction, using insight-driven workflows.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of multi-segment campaigns, leveraging personalization, A/B testing, and consistent performance evaluation.
  • Work in tandem with Product, Design, Content, and Data teams to coordinate and enhance every stage of the customer experience.
  • Track key CRM metrics, producing actionable insights and improvement recommendations to bolster participation and long-term value.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder coordination to ensure campaigns and CRM initiatives are delivered effectively and meet business objectives.
  • Guarantee that all CRM activity aligns with responsible gaming standards as well as New Jersey's regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' CRM experience, ideally from iGaming, online entertainment, or similar regulated digital sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. market; direct New Jersey experience is a significant plus.
  • Practical familiarity with CRM systems (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or equivalents).
  • Strong data skills, with a record of implementing segmentation, testing, and campaign optimization to improve key outcomes.
  • Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management abilities, capable of working productively with diverse teams.
  • Organized self-starter comfortable owning projects in a dynamic, high-velocity environment.

What's in it for you:

  • A competitive salary structure, with performance bonuses.
  • Access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous leave policies.
  • A chance to take meaningful responsibility over a prominent market, within a collaborative international team focused on professional growth and forward-thinking CRM practices.
