• Prep all cold and hot food items using prep chart and recipes
• Follow proper knife safety procedures
• Operate stoves and hot prep equipment, ensure proper time/temp of all hot and cooked foods
• Operate all cold prep equipment safely
• Maintain clean, food-safe dish and prep stations throughout shift
• Manage communication between Service Team Members and Kitchen, inventory front line, prep, stove and walk-in to determine needs. Ensure areas are always stocked
• Learn and maintain knowledge of proper recipe execution
• Put received orders away
Since the Bubbakoo’s Burritos opened its doors in Point Pleasant, New Jersey back in 2008 it was apparent that this was a great place to relax and have an awesome meal. More than ten years later, Bubbakoo’s has expanded to dozens of locations across 10 different states and has served thousands of its legendary burritos to its very loyal customers.
Despite the challenging economy, our founders Paul Altero and Bill Hart will continue to expand Bubbakoo’s Burritos one customer at a time. As opportunities arise, they’ll open new restaurants in neighborhoods where they can build bridges with local residents. Bubbakoo’s Burritos has proudly evolved into a community where people work, eat, and gather as a family.

The roots of Bubbakoo’s are in the skater and shore scene, but all are welcome in what’s quickly become a neighborhood hub of activity.
