  • The programs you will support project more than $1B of annual revenue and will support a variety of internal reporting and excluding reporting requirements, including Earned Value, GAAP Financial Model, etc.
  • This role requires oversight of multiple different cost-type and FFP contracts, and complex development areas such as second sourcing and driving cost reduction initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for providing financial planning guidance across program areas and coordinating with the SBM FP&A lead to develop robust financial forecasts.
  • You will also be responsible for managing and tracking company investments and program funding positions.
  • You will coordinate with functional finance leaders to ensure Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) alignment and will coordinate staffing demand and supply forecasts between functions and programs and ensure proper prioritization of resources.

  • This role requires collaboration across all Shipboard programs and finance including SM-3 IIA, SM-3 IB, SM-6 IAU, SM-2 IIICU, SM-6 IU, ESSM.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships, provide guidance, and sustain regular communications with internal Raytheon programs.
  • Requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Contracts, Requirements & Capabilities, Supply Chain, and others, to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Math, Business or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience.
