  • Serve as a liaison between clients and venue departments including Operations, Security, Guest Services, Box Office, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Housekeeping, Parking, and Production.
  • Facilitate clear, timely, and accurate communication to ensure all departments are prepared for assigned events.

  • Develop and maintain CAD drawings and seating configurations for ticketed events in collaboration with the Box Office and Production teams.
  • Maintain organized event files, production documents, reports, floor plans, correspondence, and operational records.

Operational Support

  • Monitor assigned events to ensure operational plans are executed effectively and client expectations are met.
  • Assist with event-day operational coordination and problem resolution as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve event planning processes and client service.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
