Job description

As a Training & Curriculum Intern, you will support the Education Services team in creating and delivering training programs for employees, partners, and customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in learning development while contributing to real-world projects in energy and digital technology. Responsibilities Training Support Assist in delivering basic training sessions (online or in person) with guidance from senior instructors Help set up training environments (software, systems, or virtual labs) Work with team members to support ongoing projects and learning programs Provide general support to employees and learners during training activities Curriculum & Content Development Help prepare training materials such as presentations, exercises, course content, and guides Review and edit content for clarity and consistency Support updates to materials when products or tools change Organize and maintain training documents and resources Leverage software and technology to create and enhance learning experiences (e.g. Camtasia, Audiate, EasyGenerator, CoPilot, and more). Collaboration & Learning Work with Schneider Electric’s Education team to understand training needs Assist in gathering feedback frgom learners to improve courses Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas Support other education-related tasks as needed What You’ll Gain Exposure to Schneider Electric technologies (e.g., energy management, GIS, Digital Grid) Experience in training delivery and instructional design Exposure to technology and software learning environments Opportunity to work with global teams and real-world projects Development of communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelors or Associates) (related fields include Education, Technology, Communications) Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in learning and helping others learn Comfortable using basic computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Ability to work onsite in our Fort Collins office location Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.
