Why you'll love this job

  • This job is a member of the Inflight Communications Team within the Global Engagement division.

What you'll do

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. • Present complicated information in a digestible way for a workforce constantly on the go.
  • Film and edit short-form videos and design graphics to support communications.
  • Identify and support communications channels and processes to communicate with flight attendants as well as leadership, support staff, media and the general public.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure Inflight messaging is communicated strategically and cross-departmentally, as appropriate.
  • Uphold the integrity of the Global Engagement team by developing and maintaining strong relationships with people across the airline and serving as a strategic counselor.
  • Assist with crisis and media response efforts, as needed, and assume “on call” duties with regularity.
  • Occasionally travel to airports and other critical operational locations to support local events and storytelling opportunities.

All you'll need for success

  • Collaborates effectively with other team members, stakeholders across the company and department leadership

  • Possesses strong analytical skills and quantitative ability; is solution and detail-oriented

  • Handles confidential information with professionalism and interacts with leadership with a high level of comfort and discretion
