Job description
Facilities360 is seeking reliable and motivated Custodial Staff to join our team serving Montclair Public Schools. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments and enjoy making a positive impact in your community, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Types


  • Full-Time (7-hour shifts)
  • Part-Time (4½-hour or 5-hour shifts)
Responsibilities


  • Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash receptacles.
  • Replenish restroom and custodial supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure high cleaning standards.
Qualifications


  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
