JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a visionary Senior Customer Experience & Service Design Strategist to redefine and elevate our customer experience strategies, ensuring seamless and impactful interactions across all service touchpoints. This role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams to build comprehensive service design projects, from scoping and planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and excellence in service delivery, leveraging insights to transform customer interactions into growth opportunities and operational excellence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Define and elevate the customer experience strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagements across all platforms.
- Champion a customer-first approach, integrating insights from across the ecosystem to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to identify barriers and develop breakthrough solutions for enhanced engagement and retention.
- Facilitate collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, effective solutions.
- Lead through influence, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence across teams
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience in customer experience strategy or service design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Industry Experience Required: Experience in SaaS or service-driven environments is preferred.
