The Opportunity
As a Customer Experience Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high food safety standards and ensuring that our team is well-trained to provide outstanding service. Your proactive approach will keep our restaurant clean and efficient, and your leadership will guide our crew in delivering a top-notch experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding quality food while adhering to Chipotle's policies and procedures.
- Resolve any food quality issues and maintain food safety standards, including proper hygiene practices.
- Address customer concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage crew breaks, shift transitions, and assist with staff scheduling.
- Train and develop crew members for front-of-house positions.
- Participate in staff performance reviews and mentor future leaders.
- Handle various administrative responsibilities, including cash management and office supplies.
- Maintain all office equipment and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
