Position Overview
The Client Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Client Success teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales and Client Success teams with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and maintaining customer records.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
- Answering calls for Sales and CS queue and acting as a first point of contact for any account or contract questions.
- Assist Account Management with renewal and account review preparation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and records.
