A company is looking for a Program Manager, Customer Experience - Broadband.
Key Responsibilities
Assess customer experience pain points and build a Customer Experience strategy
Manage and facilitate customer operations process improvement initiatives and oversee program / project management throughout the lifecycle
Coordinate and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams while ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of business goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management with a focus on operational improvements in a technology-driven organization
Experience in managing cross-functional projects within the broadband industry
Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
PMP certification or equivalent experience desired
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
