A company is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to assist with customer inquiries and administrative support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone and electronic communication to provide excellent service
Analyze, track, and resolve customer inquiries while processing paperwork and maintaining records
Document new processes and identify opportunities for improvement in workflows
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college courses or degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
Proficient with 10-key by touch and advanced computer skills
Valid Driver's License and ability to lift and transport mail
Data Entry background with a high degree of accuracy
