Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified court reporters nationwide

Maintain relationships and monitor reporter performance to ensure satisfaction and quality

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coverage and reporting quality issues

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in court reporting operations or reporter management

Strong understanding of court reporting processes and industry rate structures

Experience with scheduling platforms and operational software

Familiarity with enterprise client expectations and complex litigation requirements

Ability to analyze KPIs and reporting data for improvements
