Customer Service Representative - Membership

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Membership Call Center team.

What We Offer

Starting Pay : $22.00 / hour

Bilingual Fluency : earn an additional $1.00 / hour for English / Spanish fluency (assessment provided)

Location Requirement : must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019

Remote Training : 100% virtual training lasting 2 to 3 months. Schedule : Monday-Friday : 9 : 00am-5 : 45pm, with some Saturdays : 10 : 00am-6 : 45pm (with Wednesday off when applicable)

Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training) : Monday-Friday : 12 : 15pm-9 : 00pm, including every Saturday : 10 : 15am-7 : 00pm with one weekday off per week

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships

Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services

Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset

Think quickly and critically to resolve issuesthis is not a scripted environment

Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking

Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance

Work-From-Home Requirements

Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.

You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem / Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity.

Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting.

Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.

Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.

What You'll Need

Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)

Spanish fluency is a plus!

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time

A flexible, "can-do" mindset and willingness to adapt to change

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
