Overview :
Our company is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service / Sales Representative (CSSR) to support our growing client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing sales assistance to potential customers.
We offer comprehensive training to ensure new team members are well-prepared to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Communicate clearly and professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
Assist prospective clients by explaining products, services, and policy options in a friendly and accurate manner.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Support sales efforts by preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up with potential customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and ensure a seamless client experience.
Manage client information accurately using company systems and databases.
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products, services, and best practices.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to helping clients find the best solutions for their needs
Requirements
Bilingual (English / Spanish) required; must be able to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong customer service or sales background preferred (experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, products, and processes.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
A team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help clients.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
