Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to support our residential services team during the peak winter season. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter, assisting customers with product inquiries, service needs, billing issues, and transaction support via a high volume of inbound calls.
This is a remote, 6-month contract position with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot service issues and provide real-time solutions.
- Address inquiries related to products, billing, and transactions.
- De-escalate challenging situations and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and perform data entry tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr.
