Set up new Customers in SAGE/ NetSuite. Respond to requested changes from the production team and customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reports to Customer Service Manager to fulfill customer requestsOn-Boarding New Customers after quotes are accepted.Assist in setting up incoming and outgoing customer shipmentsAssist Business Development Manager as neededActing liaison between Operations and New Customersplete Customer required info and surveys Provide a high standard of communicationReports to Director of Sales and Marketing to fulfill customer requests and day-to-day project/customer service relations.Enter in SOs as they arrive, this includes checking multiple customer's portals for it Informing customer when items arriveGive packing slip to customer if needed Inform customers what items we need Inform receiving when items are expected to arriveSample pictures of initial build communication with clientProduction Report assistanceOrder StatuesW/Ds and Pallet countsCoordinating shipping dates/times between floor and customer, as needed Get BOLS from customer, or find out how customer would like to ship if needed Completed BOLS – inform customer when product leftFollow up with customer issues/discrepancies, as neededCustomer meetings, prep for customer meetingsCreate purchase orders for customers and have them signSecondary Duties and ResponsibilitiesComplete Sage and CRM training online.Assist in preparing for and attending local business events.Participate in events and trade shows as required.Tracking of customer accounts in CRM.Work Conditions:Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.All work is done primarily in an office environment.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsSkill to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.Skill to research and compile data found on the Internet.Ability to maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful manner in dealing with others.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Ability to establish priorities, work independently, organize and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.Ability to pay attention to detail.Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees.Education/Experience:Engage in everyday business tasks.
