Customer Service Representative

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and emails, providing clear and helpful solutions.
• Manage order processes including entry, changes, returns, and monitoring status to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, transportation, and invoicing.
• Build strong relationships with customers and Key Account Managers through regular communication and meetings.
• Provide reports and updates as needed, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

What You'll Get from Us

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $53,000-$65,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
