Your Role in Our Road to Success :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
  • Open and maintain work orders, ensuring accuracy of documentation.
  • Communicate repair status and timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
  • Review completed work for quality and accuracy before finalizing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns professionally.

What Were Looking For :

  • Previous experience in a service writer, advisor, or customer service role preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Basic technical or mechanical knowledge is a plus.
