Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction. Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires. Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals. Other duties as assigned by management. Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience. Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job. Able to stand for an extended period. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs. Ability to lift over 50 pounds. Comfortable working in an enclosed and / or semi-outdoor environment. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Valid Driver's License preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Keen listening and reasoning skills to capture guests' product needs. Confident in overcoming objections and not afraid of rejection. An energetic and positive attitude that is welcoming to guests.
