Our agency opened in 2019 and has grown into a small but close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent eight years in appliance sales before a recruiter from State Farm reached out and set me on this path. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Enterprise Management and German, and I’ve been married for 10 years with four kids who keep life full and fun. We’re actively involved in our community—my husband coaches soccer, we donate to local schools, adopt families during the holidays, and even bring a Grinch costume to spread cheer around Christmas time.
In the office, we keep things supportive and engaging with daily training, a Friday book club, coffee, and plenty of team lunches. We look for empathetic, kind, and coachable people to join us. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amanda Spencer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
