Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation Starting at $20-$25/hr for Full-Time, Open Availability

Overall Expected Annual Compensation: $63,250

Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team.
- Educate Managers and Team Members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food meets customer expectations.
- Manage the dining room layout and decor to create a hospitable atmosphere.
- Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors.
- Ensure smooth front of house / FOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory for FOH and hospitality supplies.
- Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store.
- Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management is required.
- Must have basic computer and iPad competencies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports.
- Open Availability preferred. Friday and Saturday availability required.
