Job Title : Customer Service Specialist

Overview
LHH is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a great company in Cary, NC. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proven ability to handle customer inquiries via phone and email. Experience managing customer concerns related to product recalls is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and recall processes.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex cases.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards during all interactions.
