We’re seeking a motivated Customer Service Rep, where you will learn company products and services to better assist others, coordinate with other departments when needed, and handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks. Additional duties include assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, manage simple records and enter information accurately, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, as well as work with supervisors to meet daily goals, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
