Customer Service Representative - CSR
Position : Help our customers and team members in any way needed, with a welcoming and friendly attitude. This position fills many roles and requires a friendly and organized individual who does not mind pitching in wherever the need occurs. What does a CSR with Paul Davis do?
- Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members
- Field calls / emails from customers, partners, and team members
- Intake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs / claims
- Collects required documentation for all jobs / claims
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
- Performs office administrative operations
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
