Customer Service
LHH Recruitment is partnering with an organization near Mesa who is in search of a full time customer service representative to join their team on a full time basis. This role is Monday-Friday 7am-330pm and this schedule is firm.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to incoming customer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate product, service, and order information
- Resolve issues by identifying customer needs, clarifying concerns, and determining appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems
- Communicate with internal teams to follow up on orders, inquiries, and customer requests
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth department operations

Pay Details : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
