Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Counter Sales Representative / Service Advisor to join a busy automotive repair shop. This person will be the first point of contact for customers and will play an important role in providing a positive customer experience from the time they walk through the door.
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills Must be well-spoken and comfortable communicating with customers Comfortable using computers and learning/navigating different software programs Strong attention to detail when preparing tickets and estimates Able to communicate pricing and repair information clearly Professional appearance and attitude Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Automotive or repair shop experience is a plus
