Customer Service Scheduler
Clancy Brothers Pest Control – Quincy, MA.
Full-Time | On-Site | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday-Friday | Occasional Saturday availability.
Clancy Brothers Pest Control, a family-owned and fast-growing company, is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Scheduler to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls.
  • Schedule and route daily service appointments for technicians.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to the office team.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:Required:
  • 1–2+ years of in-office customer service experience.
  • Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with routing/mapping (preferred).
  • Solid phone communication skills.
  • CRM experience (any system).
  • Comfortable with computers and technology.
  • Ability to handle high call volume.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to constant change.
