Are you an experienced and licensed insurance professional with Allstate Insurance experience, but feel stagnant in your current role? In this position you can expect a salary of 48-52k with monthly and annual commission opportunities allowing you to reach up to 75k annually. In this role you will work 38 hours, but be paid for 40 on a weekly basis!

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirement
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Allstate Experience is a MUST
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Career minded vision.
- Must be well versed in Eagent and Allstate systems
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
