Customer service manager [h1.location_city]

Genesis Staffing is currently looking for customer service representatives with 2+ years experience in Mobile, AL! Our client is committed to minimizing environmental impact while delivering exceptional customer service in the environmental / waste industry. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, position is temp to hire paying $18.00 / hr. Call center experience is preferred but not required, must have strong customer service skills and experience. Experience utilizing automated systems for handling calls and documentation is required.

Job Summary :

We seek dynamic Customer Service Representatives who will not only excel in providing outstanding customer service but also play a vital role in assisting with various administrative tasks. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the efficient operation of our office while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a deep understanding of waste management services to answer customer questions accurately
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer inquiries
• Provide Administrative Support to teams as needed
• Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos and emails
• Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed
• Data Entry and Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
• Enter financial and operational data into relevant systems
• Ensure data integrity and security in all administrative and finance tasks
• Generate reports and summaries for management as required
• Other tasks as assigned
