Addison Group is partnering with an HVAC company seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support their customer service team. The organization is committed to delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining efficient operations.
Job Description :
The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of calls, providing professional support to customers. This role includes resolving issues, processing orders, conducting outbound sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Research and implement solutions for customer issues; escalate as necessary.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Conduct outbound calls and upsell products, meeting assigned sales targets.
- Gather customer insights and maintain accurate customer data.
- Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and report recurring issues to management.
