Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders and prospective clients.

Process policy changes, document interactions, and follow up on inquiries.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Farmers Insurance products and procedures.

Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities.

Be a positive, professional voice representing the Jesse Barrera brand.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Great Customer Service Skills.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

A Life & Health Insurance license is required.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
