Now hiring a Customer Service Rep, where you will coordinate with other departments when needed, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, and support returns and exchanges in a timely manner. Additional duties include provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, learn company products and services to better assist others, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, as well as respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, manage simple records and enter information accurately, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
