A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success Innovation & Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the customer success team for the Network segment, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Implement and manage a digital-first customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals, utilizing Salesforce and Gainsight
Drive operational excellence through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and consistent performance measurement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Success or related fields within a SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in complex service models and customer environments
Strong familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight tools for case management and reporting
Experience with automation and AI-assisted customer success workflows
Operational leadership skills with a focus on structure, measurement, and execution
