What We Are Looking For

  • Must legally be able to work in the US
  • Must be at least 18 yrs of age
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Must pass a background check
  • Key Skills

  • Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience with technical customer service support an asset
  • Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Background in providing Square support from various industries including retail, banking, or any other type of Square service is an asset
