A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their support team and assist customers with Kubernetes and vCluster issues.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Kubernetes and vCluster environments to identify root causes of complex issues
Provide technical support through Slack and a ticketing system
Collaborate with engineering to escalate critical issues and document common problems and solutions
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments
Strong Linux / Unix system administration skills
Solid understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals such as pods, services, and networking
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer issues
Learning agility to adapt to evolving product concepts
