Customer Support Specialist
Location : Onsite
Employment Type : 3 Month Contract

What You'll Do
- Provide accurate, professional assistance via phone and written communication.
- Resolve inquiries on the first contact whenever possible, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
- Document all interactions thoroughly for tracking and improvement.
- Contribute to team and organizational goals with a proactive mindset.
- Escalate issues appropriately and maintain professionalism in all situations.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Pay Details : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
