A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist, DNA Synthesis - EMEA.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to and resolve product, service, and order inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Perform product order intake and onboard custom vectors by collaborating with customers
Provide proactive updates on key account orders and generate sales quotes for sales representatives
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or related field and / or 3-4 years of work experience in the biotech industry
2+ years of customer-facing experience
Strong computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and / or G-Suite, preferably including Salesforce and Zendesk
Flexible work hours preferred to support different time zones
