Strong verbal and written communication skills Extensive experience in managing internal and external customer demands In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure / security architecture, components, and protocols for server, storage, and network equipment Strong experience with end-user computing environments, including Microsoft 365 and MECM Thorough understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, principles, and industry best practices Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities Bilingual speaker (English and Korean) is a plus.
Overview :
The IT Infrastructure and Security engineer leads the planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of plant-wide IT infrastructure and security operations. This role assists in initiatives that enable production, compliance while providing guidance to a small IT team at the site. The position contributes to annual IT plans and budgets aligned with operational goals. This role will work at MOBIS, Savannah Plant (MSV).
Responsibilities :
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
1. IT Infrastructure and Security Operation :
- Manage IT infrastructure and security, including desktop, server, storage, backup, UPS, LAN / WAN, switches, and data center facilities
- Monitor system availability, performance, and backup status of IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly to minimize downtime
- Assist complex and / or urgent MES IT infrastructure tasks
- Maintain corporate security measures across all IT infrastructure in collaboration with the IT Security team
- Conduct procurement of IT infrastructure assets
- Perform regular disaster recovery and failover testing with relevant parties
