As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible, communicate clearly, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Monitor and coordinate communications for incidents and critical situations, responding in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Dispatch security personnel and resources as needed throughout the manufacturing and industrial location.

Maintain detailed logs and records of all security-related activities, incidents, and communications.

Communicate with on-site staff and management to relay important information and updates regarding incidents or requests for assistance.

Assist in the implementation of emergency response protocols and support Allied Universal team members during crisis situations.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activities through ongoing monitoring and communication.

Support regular and random patrols by coordinating patrol schedules and maintaining contact with patrolling personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
