Security Officer - Bank Patrol

As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol in Tacoma, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service : Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents : Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct patrols : Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.

Observe and report : Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as required.

Assist with access control : Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Maintain logs : Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures.

Interact with people : Interact with employees, visitors, and / or customers to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Proof of high school diploma or GED : Required by the client.

Age : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Education : Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Background investigation : Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Drug screen : Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing : Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Driver's license : A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
