Whatyou will be doing : Youll be responsible forproviding foundation course instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula in compliance with government and management directives.

Job responsibilities :

  • Plan coordinate and conduct the foundation program and other activities in accordance with corporate guidelines and approved schedule.
  • Provide explicit instruction in study skills and employment readiness by motivating and counseling students.
  • Select develop and implement instructional material that aligns with career technical training key academic and career success standards.
  • Administer and correct tests maintain progress and activities.
  • Recommend an appropriate training program for each assigned student using background files personal interviews tests and a variety of other assessment tools.

    • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in behavioral science education or related field and one year related experience required.
  • Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Experience with youth excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
