Effective leadership and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proficient in the use of technology and software applications relevant to early childhood education. Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing early childhood education programs. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the classroom.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children in the program.
- Support a team of teachers, providing ongoing mentoring and guidance.
- Conduct regular observations and evaluations of teachers to assess practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to teaching staff.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective classroom strategies and techniques.
- Offer individualized coaching and mentoring to address specific professional needs of teachers.
- Assist in the retention process of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
