Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decision-making and strategic planning. Identify trends and patterns in the business through data mining and analysis, and provide recommendations for business growth and efficiency improvements. Assist in defining best practices for data collection, pipeline and analytics development, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Monitor and maintain existing data pipelines, analytics and visualization tools, promptly addressing issues and providing support. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Experience in data management and developing data pipelines with Airflow, Apache Spark, Flink and other data ETL tools strongly recommended. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, with the ability to clean and process data. Proficiency in Python for data mining. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate and coordinate with different departments and teams. Strong problem-solving and self-learning abilities, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools. Mandarin is strongly preferred.
