We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Business Analyst to join our team and help optimize Dynamics 365 while providing strategic insights and reporting to support decision-making across the company.

Job Details

Serve as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring Dynamics 365 supports business processes effectively

Maintain and support Dynamics 365 and related modules (SK Global Treasury Automation and SignUp Software’s Exflow)

Provide end-user support, staff training, and create user documentation to drive adoption and efficiency

Develop and maintain reports using MS Power BI, Sigma, and Jet Reports to deliver actionable business insights

Support system updates, data management, and issue resolution in collaboration with internal teams, including EDI
