Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Daphne, AL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing behavior analysis principles to support clients. Responsibilities also include supervising behavior technicians, providing parent education and training, monitoring client progress, and ensuring client-centered care through data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with families and other professionals to achieve behavioral goals is an essential component of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience with Behavior Management and intervention techniques
- Ability to conduct Parent Education and training effectively
- Strong background in Psychology and human behavior
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
