Compile Business Intelligence (BI) or trends to support actionable recommendations for management to make data-driven decisions. Execute BI projects within assigned budget and timelines. Coordinate with programs and departments to translate business requirements, identify reporting needs, defines the reporting requirements, designs the report, and writes the code required to deliver the coherent BI reports Gather business intelligence from various sources, including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or other internal company sources. Consolidate data from multiple data sources into meaningful reports. Prepare and maintain documentation and update reports as data system enhancements are implemented, or business rules evolve. Generate BI reports, dashboards, and data models with the help of BI tools and Microsoft Power Platform, etc. Perform research, identify, resolve BI report-related issues and provide results and findings to management. Use BI tools to analyze data for trends and patterns Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service to internal and external staff and stakeholders. Maintain current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals. Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Level II Background clearance Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire’s insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1 Bachelors’ Degree with additional certification and higher education preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, or related software. Ability to collect and compile relevant data. Extremely organized with great attention to detail. Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically. Strong business analysis skills. Works well independently and as part of a team. Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large. Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
Data Intelligence Analyst

Pay Rate : $21.95 / hour
