Analytical Skills : Strong analytical ability with attention to detail, capable of organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of data with accuracy. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses in an understandable way for non-technical stakeholders. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving : Exhibits an acute ability to approach problems critically and generate efficient solutions based on thorough data analysis. Business Acumen : Demonstrates a deep understanding of business objectives and the specific dynamics of the industry, ensuring analyses are relevant and actionable. Teamwork and Collaboration : Demonstrates the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and engage in productive collaboration with various departments. This is an " Onsite Position not remote position".
Position Objective :
The Data Analyst at Ole plays a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making through complex data analysis, trend identification, and data-based recommendations delivery. This position is essential for optimizing our business processes and continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis : Interpret complex data using advanced statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations across different business areas.
- Reporting : Develop regular and ad-hoc reports, presenting findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes through data analysis and work collaboratively with various teams to implement effective solutions.
- Data Management : Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and filtering data, as well as reviewing reports and performances to detect and correct errors.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their information needs and support them with relevant data analysis.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
