Position: Data Entry Specialist
Naplesjetcenter is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and consistency of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data
- Maintain and update databases with new information
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is entered and managed consistently
- Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of aviation industry is a plus
